The first step was taking it apart.
They took of the headlight, handlebars (controls, blinkers, ..). The seat had to go, same for the rear fender and sub-frame. Finaly they took out the back wheel and rear suspension.

V-ROD rebuild PART 1
Today, at Exclusive Motorbikes they've started the rebuild of a 2011 V-Rod.
The first step was taking it apart.
